ABOUT US
At Cellar Bridge, we understand that fine beverages are living products.
Shaped by people, they are a reflection of their terroir and philosophy.
We bridge the gap between makers & drinkers, sharing their story straight from the source.
We have personally visited each estate we talk about and met with the producers.
We are here to represent them and make their voice heard, far away from home.
We are not salesmen nor wine critics, we are communicators and lovers of the good things.

Based in South-East Asia

Thanks to the digital world, we are everywhere all at once, sharing our stories globally.

But in the physical world, we are based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam right at the heart of South-East Asia, where the wine and craft spirits scene is growing exponentially. Consumers are now looking for quality and they care increasingly about the origin and the story behind their drinks.

However, when customers find themselves at the store and look at the shelves, there is little to no information about the producers, their work and their wine. This is the void we are trying to fill, as we believe everyone will benefit from a better knowledge of the finer things.

The Editor

Aurélien Foucault is the founder of Cellar Bridge. Always curious about the world, he has spent most of his life outside his native France, and has called home Sweden, Italy, Scotland, Greece, Russia, Georgia and China before moving to Vietnam in 2022, where he lives with his wife and two children.

A born communicator, he has worked as a professional photographer for over a decade and as an independent writer since 2020. He began his photography career documenting the music and art scenes in China, then expanded into portraits, food and beverage, and travel photography. His work has appeared in international publications such as the Financial Times, The Guardian, Vice, Rolling Stone Magazine and others, and he has collaborated with global luxury brands including Park Hyatt, Louis Vuitton, Burberry, and more.

He spent the COVID‑19 years in Georgia, where he drank more wine than he likes to admit—and even made his own wine with the help of relatives and friends. That deep immersion turned a passion into a mission: to share the stories behind wine and spirits with his readers.
